Course Structure The pedagogy includes "Collective Knowledge Sharing" methodology to impart the fundamentals of standards in project management. Every participant is made to participate as one walks through the project management processes where best practices and techniques will be discussed. The participant will learn how to plan, execute, control and manage a project.
